Pollo Bravo in Houston

I must start by saying the 20% coupon on Yelp isn’t valid. I picked this place for my friends and I to meet up. We were seated quickly and the waitress was nice. The restaurant and the bathroom was clean. That’s always a great side of a good business.I ordered the 1/4 chicken with an avocado salad and Mexican rice. It was delicious! My friends enjoyed it as well. I would definitely visit this restaurant again in the future.

What a great peruvian restaurant. I ordered half chicken, with 2 sides; sweet plaintains and avocado salad. For dessert had pionono, it was a little dry, but the caramel was delish.Averall the service was great and the food very tasty!

Best roasted chicken and green sauce try the avacado salade. Alittle small spacing bit worth it.

Excellent Peruvian food, especially Pollo a la braza and papa a la huancaina. Their fries are also very good, and recommend getting salchi-papas.

It was ok. First time eating here..chicken was dry rice was gud. They took a long time to make 1 plate of food. I was on an hour lunch and ended up having to take it ti go. Not sure if I will go bk or not.

I have eaten at this location many, many times over the years. Love the flavors and menu options that are offered. Though the past few times I have eaten here the chicken has been over cooked and tastes slightly charred and dry. The Mexican rice is also dryer than it used to be. Some of the other items we ordered were also sub par. Slightly disappointed that it seems to be declining as I am a lover of this place and the Peruvian - Mexican fusion.

Consistently delicious and more importantly, it tastes just like the Pollo a la brasa I loved in Perú.

The rotisserie chicken is very good, including the sides. Excellent attention. Highly recommended

I can't believe I forgot to review this on maps! Great place. Try the spicy fries. I love the quarter chicken (white meat). Loved their 'spaghetti' too. Loved this place a long time now.

Very good food and environment

The service was great and so was the food. The first time I went the table was wobbly and the waitress got down and fixed it for us. They're always so friendly and prompt with their services. The food was very good, I'm addicted to their green spaghetti! I brought friends to dine in and they all enjoyed it.

Absolutely bland food, went there for the first time and my first impression was not well received. The decor was okay at best, the atmosphere was off putting. When the food came I was severely disappointed, the salad that came with my chicken was dosed in a gallon of water that just made the whole salad unbearable to eat. The fries were unseasoned bland messes, some of the water from the salad had made them soggy which is terrible. Now the chicken was just dry, no juice what so ever. It makes me sad to make a review like this after going to so many good place, yet this place just took the slice for be awful.

The food taste can be improved. The portions are good but the prices on beverages are quite high.

Best rotisserie chicken I've had in Houston! Decent pricing - $8.50 for a 1/4 chicken with 2 sides. Avocado salad, spicy fries, and pinto beans are all really good. This location has pretty lousy parking and is very busy for lunch, so plan ahead. Delicious.

This place offers up great Peruvian dishes. You can opt for something healthy or go the comfort food route. The service is good and the salsa should be eaten on everything. It's my go-to place for a healthy work. lunch

Excellent service provided by Azucena. The food alone was top of the line. One of my fave Peruvian go to's, honestly probably one of the best in the Houston area. The inside is kept pretty classy and the environment feels welcoming. Little cute hole in the wall spot in Westchase area.

The food was absolutely delicious....chicken was so juicy, and their rice looks simple but its full of flavor along with the yucca and so was the lomo saltado! The staff was also friendly and food was out quick! I definitely recommend!! @viajerostx
